Q. Where do you ship from?

A. We ship from our partnered Distributors with warehouses located in the USA & China. Sometimes orders with multiple products will be shipped separately if they are being shipped from more than one warehouse.  In this case you will receive multiple tracking numbers for your orders.

Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?

A. It will usually take 7-30 business days for all orders to arrive. Shipping times vary from the type of product, product demand and shipping location.

Q. How long will it take to receive a tracking number?

A. It will take usually between 2-6 business days.

Q. Where can I place an order from?

A. You can place an order from any country, we ship worldwide.

Q. Is shipping really free?

A. Yes, shipping is free worldwide! In rare circumstances, a shipping fee may be applied to your order depending on the item and level of shipping required.   

Q. Where is your company located?

A. Our main office is in Virden, MB, Canada and our supply warehouses are located in China, USA and more to come soon to reduce shipping time.

Q. Which currency will I be charged in?

A. We process all orders in USD. The content of your cart might display your local currency that will then be adjusted automatically to USD at the most current exchange rate.

Q. Will I receive a confirmation and tracking number when I place my order?

A. Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders.
Please contact us if you don't receive one within 24 hours.  A tracking number will be emailed to you when the mailing office has received your order.  This may take between 2-6 business days to update. 

Q. Who can I contact if I have a problem with my order?

Q. How can I pay for my product order?

A. We accept all Major Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex and also PayPal.

Q. Is checkout on this website safe and secure?

A. You can be absolutely sure that all purchases here are safe and secure.  A third-party payment gateway such as PayPal or Shopify Payments will be used during your checkout.

Q. If I enter my email address will you sell my information?

A. We do not sell our customer information. Emails are strictly used to follow-up with orders, abandoned carts and send newsletters of our promotions and coupons for discounts. 

Q. Will I have to pay a customs fee?

A. For most countries you will not have to pay customs, but it depends where you are located and if you order more than 1 product.
